I LOVED this story! We all have certain expectations in mind when we start a book (3 of mine are that they be well-written, well edited and well developed)and all my expectations were not only met but EXCEEDED! The writing is wonderful ... the story full of the most interesting facts and very rich in occult history! At every turn a new surprise pops up, a new fact, a new nugget of information adding to the puzzle. I can't wait to see where this series is going. The author knows her stuff, that's for sure. I love the main character being a paranormal blogger, magazine reporter. For anyone who likes a good mystery that is bolstered by wonderful tidbits of esoteric knowledge and sprinkled with the paranormal, then they should enjoy this book. I particularly enjoyed the author's "voice'. Her writing style fully engages me. A great story! My thanks to the author, Ann Nyland, for giving me a few well spent hours reading her awesome book!
