"How hard can it be?" Alabama Hargrove says about flipping a house, after all, its just one step above interior decorating, right? After seeing the house once, and without an inspector, Alabama has decided to buy and flip a house that may or may not be haunted. After getting burned by the only other handyman in Alabama has decided she has to go with her new sizzling hot next door neighbor, Reed. After signing the papers for the house, Alabama finds that she has to turn her car around and get the key to her new house. Instead of a key she find the former owner murdered in his office. With the police thinking she is the killer, Alabama must start looking for the killer on her own. After some attempts on her life, Alabama enlists the help of her best friend, her new hot neighbor, his aunt, her mama, the town gossip, and possibly the ghosts who are making all that noise in her house to help her solve this murder before she becomes victim number two.

This is a great story from start to finish! The characters are down home people that you may meet any day of the week , they are alive and make the story come alive as well. The story was FULL of amazing humor and great one-liners. The plot was great and super twists and turns (but nothing to get confused over).
