A Death Displaced (Lansin Island 1) (Kindle Edition)
By Andrew Butcher

I am not as verbose as the other reviewers, nor am I the type of person to replay the plot and introduce you to the characters (isn't that the point of reading the book?). I will, however, tell you how the book made me feel and why you should read it.

If you love any kind of mystery and any kind of paranormal content then this is your book. Personally, I love the way the author connected all of the lives introduced throughout. I felt transported into their world and you will too. I was scared, happy in all of the right places. A good book for me is an escape, an escape from my life and a chance to jump into the world created by a brilliant writer, and Andy achieves this flawlessly. I couldn't put the book down (even missing my stop on the train). Andy tells a story the way it should be told: he gives you the perfect amount of detail without giving too much away too soon. I LOVED it!

I cannot recommend this book highly enough. It is a must read for this holiday season.
